Elm Beach is a small, select, 4-star caravan park approximately 2-1/2 miles from Great Yarmouth, on the southern Norfolk coast.  Our park offers unique, uninterrupted views of the Sea and Caister’s clean, sandy beaches.

  We offer a range of 2 or 3 bedroom, 4-6 berth caravans from the 34’x12’ Falcon Super, which overlook the sea, to the 28’x10’ Eagle. All caravans are heated throughout and most offer sea views. Pets are welcome in selected caravans.

At Elm Beach we can ensure you a low-key, peaceful environment in which you can relax and unwind.  We are a quiet park with no entertainment, but our guests, if they wish, can enjoy the free entertainment offered within easy walking distance by our neighbouring parks.

We are open from the beginning of March right through to January, including Christmas & New Year, for short breaks {excluding high season}, weekly, fortnightly or longer holidays.
